I harvested fresh curry leaves today and had a head of cauliflower. Google found Cauliflower Moilee Curry to make. It was incredibly good. I did not have green chiles and subbed in Thai red peppers. When I was frying the spices and the red pepper, it was intense! My sinuses are clear now though. This one is a keeper with a touch less of Thai red pepper next time.
Fresh watermelon to cool down.

edit: most of the red is halved cherry tomatoes, if it was the Thai red pepper I wouldn’t be here to write about it.
