We were invited to one of our neighbor's tonight for a birthday celebration and they were serving pizza but it's not very good pizza so I made us a quick supper before we went - Costco crab cakes, sautéed swiss chard and a green chile mac and cheese with the leftover cheese sauce from last night. It sure was nice to visit and socialize again.

Pork chops with Montreal steak seasoning, and broccoli with coriander lemon butter. Banana sundaes for dessert.

Tonight we will be at my sister's, and will grill a tomahawk steak, some veggie and a salad.

Stuffed zucchini boats, with sausage, cheese mixed with pasta sauce....itilian bread. I usually use portabellas, but my store was out. I will use zucchini again....very good.

Tonight green lentil burgers with spicy tamarind sauce and red and green chili/cucumber raita.To drink India pale ale.For dessert vanilla ice cream with homemade strawberry sauce.
