I'm making turkey tenderloin in the sous vide. I'll do some brown butter Brussels sprouts and another side I haven't figured out yet.
Yes, I have a cuisinart with flat and "grill mark" plates. Honestly, you could do the same in a pan I am guessing.

going out for a fancy steak dinner at one of our favorite local restaurants. I can't wait to have the fries fried in duck fat as an appetizer. Have not been there since before the pandemic which was the fall of 2019. I see their prices went up but it's our vacation so it's fine.

We had an old diner style cold plate meal today. It's way too hot (feels like 105) to cook even in an air conditioned house. We had tomatoes stuffed with egg salad, sliced cucumbers, and some green pepper slices.

Semi-homemade pizza. Pepperoni, brown mushrooms, sweet onion, banana peppers from my garden, and mozzarella and cheddar on a store bought crust.
