Got a few things at the store. Decided it’s going to be a 2go Taco Tuesday at TB tonite. Frozen Baja Blast, Supreme burrito, 1/2 of Crunch Wrap. Forgot what all hubby got but I think one of his was a Chulupa with jalapeños. Beer (from our refrigerator).

I made a old-school meat lasagna. I haven't made one in years. It felt like it weighed 40 lbs. but it's awesome.

Tuesday night was spaghetti with ground turkey, peppers, and onions. We had a garden salad and cheesy bread sticks. Yum!

I rubbed a pork roast with some BBQ rub I found in the cabinet. I poured some root beer into a slow cooker and placed the roast in there. I will shred it and mix it with BBQ sauce when I get home. That will be used for sandwiches for tonight's dinner.
