Beef short ribs in the crock pot, along with garlic mashed cauliflower. (I never thought I'd like eating cauliflower as a substitute for potatoes but when you add butter or cream cheese and garlic, it kicks it up a notch)

Grilled pork chops with seasoned and roasted some yellow potatoes, purple onions, and brussel sprouts.

Butternut squash soup with coconut milk and turkey broth topped with toasted pepitas, side veggies oven roasted: brussel sprouts, beets, asparagus, onions, maybe mushrooms with toasted baguette. Supposed to rain today but just overcast so far.
My favorite kinda day (maybe it's my 99% British Isles/Irish DNA).

Thin crust BBQ chicken pizza - it has a sweet BBQ sauce as the pizza sauce and generous red onions and of course, chicken -> not bad at all! And drinking this "Pontificis" GSM wine I picked up at Trader Joe's for just $7.99 and that is very good! - soft, smooth and with interesting taste. Here is a review on the wine, which I think is a fine bargain.
