well still hoping they spring him today. He said even the nurses are starting to question what he is doing there? Anyway, assuming he will be home, we are having pork loin complements of our granddaughter who brought over left overs to us last night; baked potatoes, cold slaw and sauteed squash.

here's adding my good thoughts that he gets sprung today
Tonight is roasted chicken, little red potatoes, and green beans. Peaches & cream for dessert.
I have no idea right now. Spoiled brat has been in ICU for 2 days now, hope to get him in a regular room today and released tomorrow. I feel sorry for him, hooked up to all those machines. Apparently he got a massive infection for a cat he was cat sitting for that pretty much attacked him about 4 days ago. His temp shot up to 104 plus in a period of a few hours and he couldn't stand up. Anyway that is the story and I am sticking to it. He is much better, probably didn't even need to be in ICU yesterday. but back to dinner, I guess I will just fix myself a sandwich or something. I certainly am not going to starve. For him, as hospital food goes, this one is the best.
I am so sorry to hear this!!! I had no Idea. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. God bless.
