We spent all morning and part of the afternoon playing in the ocean. Made me crave lobster. So we stopped by the grocery store on the way home and picked up these lucky fellas!
The kids didn't feel like lobster! Whose kids are they? I just don't know anymore! They are having grilled chicken. We all are having salad and maybe some more corn on the cob.
Roasted Veal Breast stuffed with Spinach and Ricotta Cheese on top of white beans mixed with chopped green olives, carrots and roasted red pepper. It's all slow roasting at 275 and will be ready in a hour. Serving with a simple salad, crusty bread and white wine.

Late lunch, early dinner, whatever you want to call it.
A few days ago at Walmart, I saw Big Mac sauce. Legit. It's made by McDonald's. I wonder if it's only available here in Canada because when I went to look it up just now, I came across this: https://www.amazon.com/MCDONALDS-Sau.../dp/B06XRHNQ5V I certainly didn't pay $10 for it. It wasn't more than $3 and change.
Anyway, I never make burgers but, heck, I had this Big Mac sauce and I wanted it. So, I bought a box of pre-formed Angus burgers and a bag of frozen fries. (FANCY!!! ) I fried up the burger, baked the fries, sliced some dill pickles onto a whole-grain flat-bread bun that was already slathered with Big Mac sauce, and... yum!
