magicshark, that roast looks wonderful! I wish I could taste it. I hope Blitzen got a taste - he is so adorable!

Tonight, we are having Creole-spiced flounder with tomatoes & spinach, Parmesan risotto, garlic bread sticks and key lime pie for dessert.

1. I am sick. Flu. Malaria. One of those.
2. I have enchiladas in the freezer that I made a couple of months ago.

You can do the math.

I'm ruling out Malaria.

1. Stay hydrated.

2. Don't eat the enchiladas. Trust me here.

3. Have chicken soup and crackers.

4. Feel better soon!

3. Yes, mom.

4. Thank you!

depends on how your stomach feels. I would do the soup and crackers first, if that goes well have an enchilada. Feel better soon.

Thanks, lubby! My tummy feels fine. It's the whole sinus, achy, icky, coughing, congested thing that sucks. I'll have soup.

Leftover broccoli and cheese/potatoes/carrot soup mid afternoon, so I think just a glass of sweetened black tea. I wish I had a slice of pumpkin pie and a cup of coffee. That sounds good.

manicotti pasta shells stuffed with butternut squash, spinach, and ricotta, and topped with marinara sauce, with a sprinkling of almond "Parmesan" on top. Made enough for two people for Sunday and Monday night.
