I planned pork loin roast and asparagus. But not hungry. Thinking I’ll heat up soup.

Mr. diva ended up having jook (basically congee made with turkey broth--leftover) with talapia and scallions. I had some turkey, baguette, cranberry sauce, and the last of some baked brie. I'm now eating pumpkin custard!

Wound up eating the pork with asparagus, applesauce, brown rice mixed with some slicered asparagus and onion. Costco pumpkin pie for dessert.

We had a yummy soup - Italian sausage & Kale. In reality, it also has cauliflower in it, as well as cream. Just delicious. A bit of vanilla ice cream with leftover cranberry sauce to top it made a tasty & satisfying dessert.

Earlier tonight enjoyed a leftover pork chop, baked potato with butter and a green salad with Italian dressing. Drank Lagunitas IPA.

I guess I will fix the pork loin roast as it is crying for some attention. I still have left over potatoes from last week so will heat them. I am throwing out the sweet potatoes cause sweet was the understatement of the year. Yes, we do love a good sweet potato casserole but these were just over the top. I need to use or toss the green beans I got at Aldi's last week, so guess that will be our veggie.

Last night's shortcut rogan josh curry. Of course my Blitzen is just hoping and praying for a share!

Tonight I am making a red sauce and the husband is making meatballs when he gets home. I will serve with rigatoni and some rolls I froze at Thanksgiving.
