DH is going to smoke a brisket. I've got a huge piece of meat in the fridge that I will have to hack in half.

Guess we'll have a salad, didn't do it last night. We've been having dinner around 7 and the later it gets, the less motivated and hungry I get....

I am going to fix the squash recipe that Lubby posted a few years ago. I might make a few adjustments but looks pretty good the way it is. We will just have a nice salad with it. That should be our Sat dinner tonight. I It is cold and a bit rainy here right now. I just heard the rain start.

Have a couple pieces of salmon I defrosted yesterday in the fridge

Very likely my lunch will be raw salmon strips w/ soy sauce to dip them in with the last of my leftover fried rice

Dinner most likely will be cast iron pan fried blackened Cajun salmon with a salad

Cast iron fried, highly seasoned chicken drumsticks & an IPA. It was good to eat real food after 1-wk of frozen dinners. Had the salad for lunch.
