ROTFL.....you guys might as well stay, and move in....ROTFL!
We live good here in my house, and never, ever "save" on food, but rather other things. (I mean, don't get me wrong....I am trying to be a savy shopper....but would never sacrifice on food or taste.)
We just LOOOOVVVVEEE food to much.....huh.
I totally agree. If I can't afford good meat, etc., I'd rather then just make filling casseroles, pastas, etc. We love to eat too much as well (even my vacations typically revolve around food)!
Okay Denise I'm ready-MB I agree we don't scrimp on food. Simple pleasures in life include good eats.
Good hots dogs are very hard to come by out here. We used to get Tobin's in NJ but can no longer find them.
When good hotdogs aren't available-- my cousin in Germany is married to a butcher (metzger) (the best meats ever!!) I stettle for HEBREW NATION they
are passable. Also ...now Oscar Meyer makes an all natural hotdog that is pretty good.

Boy, do I agree.
I remember Tobins Hot Dogs when I lived up in Pennsylvania!
Haven't seen them in years though, but remember, that they were SO GOOD!!!
I love when out East the "dirty water dogs" you get from the carts and trucks with mustard and onion sauce.
Our old butcher tho in NJ makes great homemade hot dogs.
I love them too. It's funny that they don't gross me out, while there's so many other "good" things I won't eat!
Now that it is summer there is no place else to be than on the patio with a cold glass of wine standing next to the grill! We grill everything, meats, seafood, vegetables, bread! Yes, grilled bread is yummy! I learned this trick in Florida when my parents took us kids to the beach early in the morning and cooked bre4akfast on the grill...nothing in the world like it!
Tonight it might be skip with air sauce, I forgot to pull anything out of the freezer before I left. Maybe run to Chili's tonight with the kids and try again tomorrow.
Mikens-my mother and brother have never had a hot dog-she wouldn't even let them in the house, so my Dad and I hit the carts. I have searched for Tobin's on-line but heard they're out of business-sad cause they were so good.
VP-Good idea!!!! All us foodies on a cruise.
