What is it for?
If I just want a cheese sauce on cauliflower, for example, I just plop the velvetta into the pan of drained cauliflower and put the lid on and it melts over it. When it melts it's quite thin. You probably won't need to add milk to it.
If you are making mac and cheese with it, I'd make a thin white sauce (butter, flour and milk) and stir in the Velvetta.
Well, I am pretty bummed. I wasted the afternoon trying to connect a new all in one printer/copier/fax/scanner. You would think if I just unplugged the old one, installed the software, and plugged in the new one it would just pick up where the old on left off, but NOOOOO. It is not happy with my old USB cable, apparently. I have an SOS in to my computer guy, but he's probably all gooshy over the inaugeration tonight, so won't get back to me right away.
Anyhow, I didn't eat lunch until 3:00, so the Walmart chicken enchiladas I'd been looking forward to having will need to wait until tomorrow.
Well yesterday was a fun day Our team is going to the SuperBowl. I made mini burgers on the small hawaiian bread rolls. I know you think yuck but it is really good. Shhhhhh tonight I made dinner from a box... It is one thing I don't do very often but my Hub loves the stroganoff from a box. I just add low fat sour cream to taste. Nothing big or great just simple.
Long time no see everyone, belated Happy New Year. It's too hard to keep up on all the posts here, so I just drop in once in a while.
OMG, I love burgers on the mini King's Hawaiian rolls, add some cheese, grilled onions, lettuce & tomato and ketchup...yum, yum, yum! I made them a couple of months back by frying the burgers on my pancake griddle. Only bad thing was it was soooo messy with the grease splattering everywhere!
My husband suggested I check online to see if Weber has a griddle top for our BBQ. Make the mess outside! I'm off to the wonderful world of online shopping in search of this griddle top now!
