I work from home and love flip-flops in all colors, shapes and sizes. I even own a furry pair for the Winter. Closed shoes feel abnormal and too confining. I live in AZ. I would not walk the filthy streets of Manhattan wearing flip-flops.
Hell I wear them until the first snow...when it gets cold they have really cute toe socks to wear with them...Football is around the corner..my football flip flops
I used to dislike flip flops. I would only purchase them for my daughter. Thats before I moved to FL. If you live somewhere warm year round then they make perfect sense. And really they are just a very casual sandal. Do you people have issues with sandals as well?

I won't wear flip flops in Manhattan either. THAT is gross.

Me too! Now that I live at the beach they are sooo practical for me. Plus there are so many stupid looking tourist wandering around dressed funny, I don't think anyone really notices me and my flip flops.
I guess everyone has an opinion.......I can't stand a man in sandals of any kind. Men just don't look right.
Is there anyone else annoyed by flip flop-wearing people?
You stay far from our shores! We wear slippers here.
