These are my basic running around shoes for summer. I consider them dressy flops.

I work from home and love flip-flops in all colors, shapes and sizes. I even own a furry pair for the Winter. Closed shoes feel abnormal and too confining. I live in AZ. I would not walk the filthy streets of Manhattan wearing flip-flops.

I used to dislike flip flops. I would only purchase them for my daughter. Thats before I moved to FL. If you live somewhere warm year round then they make perfect sense. And really they are just a very casual sandal. Do you people have issues with sandals as well?

I am guessing we have a troll here.
BTW where is Eastwood. Guess he/she couldn't back up their statement.
Pretty pathetic huh? Especially a stupid shoe, can you imagine how upset other things must bother some!

What's really sad is that some people can't even walk in them without them flying off every step

Me too! Now that I live at the beach they are sooo practical for me. Plus there are so many stupid looking tourist wandering around dressed funny, I don't think anyone really notices me and my flip flops.

I guess everyone has an opinion.......I can't stand a man in sandals of any kind. Men just don't look right.

The question asked is: "Is there anyone else annoyed by flip flop-wearing people?"

Yes, busy bodies that feel some need to complain about other peoples choices that in no way effect them.
