I've never been to Moscow, but it looks so awesome. Sucks that it's outer devlopment has apparently been built over a bunch of radioactive waste, though.
None of these cities appeal to me (too big,too crowded, too noisy, too full of themselves, too "cosmopolitan"). I voted "other", thinking Budapest or maybe (yes I know it's only a small,touristy, peripheral city) Palma de Mallorca (in low season only)

They are all interesting and I prefer warmer weather climates, but I had to go with Berlin. As a matter of fact, I will be there this weekend celebrating a birthday and to enjoy the Festival of Lights.
Paris (super nice, attractive and picturesque),
Moscow (grandiose, breathtaking beautiful, the best delicious food in the world),
Rome (pleasant, vivid, romantic and luring),
London (no words - just love this city!).
Agreed, a top five would also include Charleroi and Dunkirk.
