I wont vote for Trump but you made a lot of things up.
It's always about policy.
Show proof he hates them. Just more garbage from the extreme left. They can't talk policy because their chosen one is a failure so the thing to do is falsely play the bigot card. It's getting old and it is very dishonest.
Trump is on record of saying that he would consider requiring Muslim-Americans to register with a government database, and maybe mandating that they carry special identification cards that note their religion. He also said he would consider closing down Mosques.
If you think that's not Trump showing hatred for Moslems, I guess the laws that Nazis had imposed on Jews, including requiring them to wear a gold Star of David on their clothes, didn't represent their hatred for Jews.

He's attacked Hillary and Fiorina on looks alone, made a gaff with male genitalia on Hillary and what about the Megyn Kelly incident? Isn't it conventional wisdom that when it comes in three, it's worthy of a trend?

A number is personality but personality influences policy. Also you put the foreign policy, gun rights, property rights, abortion rights, deportation plan cost and tax plan criticisms in with "personality."
He has supporters only because Americans reject the Congress and the people in it. According to a new poll over 60% of Republicans voters not only reject the Congress, but are angry over the dysfunction of the Congress. It is not surprising they will support anyone who is not a Congress man.

That is another Trumpism. You don't really know where he stands, it's his "we have to do something theme" or "it's worth considering". I wont for trump or the other establishment candidates who don't think the Constitution is worth considering. “We’re going to have to — we’re going to have to look at a lot of things very closely,” Trump said when presented with the idea. “We’re going to have to look at the mosques. We’re going to have to look very, very carefully.”
