Thanks so much, Camper. The contest isnt very well-organized. I emailed the person in charge and she said you can vote as many times as you want. That doesnt make sense either and I dont think she's right. No daily limit? People could just sit there all day long and vote, vote, vote? I dont think so.

And, when you do vote, you get part of a message that says the winner will be announced Sept 30. LOL. But it sure would be nice to win that $500 Kroger (grocery store) gift certificate.

Happy Thanksgiving, my dear friends!

Queenie and I will have a nice, quiet day today. If the weather isnt too cold we'll go out to the schoolyard. I know there wont be too many more holidays where I can do that with her so I'll be very thankful that today is one of them.

I'm so thankful for all of you and for the fun and support that you've brought into my life. I didnt understand the importance of virtual friends until I came across this freebies board.

I'll be thinking of y'all today and hoping that you'll be enjoying a nice, quiet day too.

Happy Thanksgiving, y'all.

I agree with Camper. We have a good thing going with our CD pals.

Be safe and warm and full today.

We could all go to Camper's because she can put us up in her RV and we could feed the deer and have a hoedown in her barn.

We could all go to your place, TFW, and visit with Queenie while I swipe some of your beautiful pots.

All y'all can come here. I am a pseudo prepper and have food, camp stove, water (the pool holds 20,000 gals and I have water purification pills) and we can go to Billy Bob's and do the two-step.

See, we can work it out.
I love that idea! Add me to the list, especially in the winter time. It's warm here just about all year long.

Have a wonderful holiday season, my friends.

Howdy!!!! Just taking a quick minute to check in. Being busy is no excuse but it happens to all of us.

Finally getting around to putting up our huge outside Christmas tree ( its a huge pole with lights strung off it to resemble a tree, bet TFW can see it from her house!!!!) and doing some decorating in the yard & house. We have one weekend home for hubby's birthday and then off for a quick weekend trip. Still trying to decide about new years eve... camping or not. )

Hope this finds everyone well and happy.

I love this time of year but feel for all of you that have a real winter to deal with.

Texas all the way for me!!!!!!
