Watching the new NAM model come in. Much closer to the coast in the SouthEast. H.E.R.E....W.E....G.O.

Watch NAM get this right before the others. Our snow totals would go up if this is true. Just need that 75 mile shift. Even 25 miles would increase.

It's like deja vu. How often do these big time low pressure systems start inching west as we get closer? Usually results in us mixing many times, but because of how far east this thing started we should be good to go with no mixing.

True. There's a saying I think. "Big Storms come NW". Been true so far past 48hrs! And I agree, no mixing this time..

Might be seeing blizzard in CT. Maybe Eastern half (Yes "Eastern", not a typo 7Wishes)

One thing that might happen though is NYC might lose their under freezing streak if it gets to close. lol

Nahh, not for us or NYC. Could hit 33 in NYC and still snow. Would suck to break that streak. Boston 7 days under 20° breaks 100yr old record.

Here's the loop.. 5pm Wednesday to 9pm Thursday..

Note the rain now for Eastern NC. Storm too close. Crunch time now within 24hrs. So glad I'm not a forecaster!!

Note the pressure dropping too as it comes up. Winds, snow, cold, waves, wow. Classic NorEaster!

Where will those deformation snow bands set up!? Always a ?

I think we went from a 2-4" snow event to a 6-10" blizzard.

Debating opening that thread...nahh, lets just post here. I want summer! Bring on the heat waves!! I hate snow!

Lot's of "Bomb" talk on twitter. Both Nuclear and Winter storms. Maybe we'll have a Nuclear Winter soon? lol

I'm seeing some 1-3" forecasts from some sources. Maybe...or maybe they haven't seen the last 24hr trend? lol

We should save all these forecasts and do a collage
