Welcome to the coast.


This is how the fog looked this morning on the coast here. Been foggy all day around the state as temps hover 70 and dewpoints around 68.



Usually you can see Long Island 20 miles away.. That little piece of land is no where near Long Island. I would say its 1/4-1/2 mile out. Long Island is 15 miles out.

It was taken from one of the top floors in the Park Place towers (apartment building).

MAIN STREET BRIDGE (Stamford, Connecticut)

Built in 1888, its listed in the National Register of Historic Places. This is one of 17 pony truss bridges in the state of Connecticut and is currently off limits to vehicular traffic.

Must be October, but a bit shocked at the leaf progress this close to the coast this early.

Newton Road and Sanford Road in Bethany, CT. Elevation 380 feet. 41.23°N 73.00°W

HDR format to bring out the colors.





HDR format in Oakville. I love this view as the cold front and Artic High comes rolling through. Temps in the 40s & 50s dropping to 20s and 30s tonight.
