Cool photos all around. Here's a few of my own favorites from this past Winter storm down by the SW coast here on November 7th.



This much Snow and bags of leaves not picked up is rare to see..

Default Fog on the coast

Typically seen in January but can happen at any time. Temps above the surface were in the low 40s while the surface was in the 30s. Thick fog less than 1/4 visibility in spots.

I was reading about a view of the NY Skyline in a park in Westport that had some kind of 9/11 memorial. if you could post this I would love to see it I am into seeing NY City from the sound shots. So far, the pic furthest up the sound where I could see NYC was in Rowayton. it wasn't taken by anyone here but i found it in a real estate ad

maybe somebody here knows but how far up(stories or feet) in a helicopter would you have to be to see Co-op City (Bronx) or the NY Skyline from Bridgeport off the sound near Seaside Park? that would be 34 nautical miles

I believe you are taling about the Connecticut 9/11 Memorial at Sherwood Island State Park. I do not have any photos of it but maybe someone else here does. Jay
