Cool morning running puddles of snow releasing a mist. Crazy temperature change.

Funny how 30s and 40s is still warm. Goes to show how strong the sun is getting. Air temp is awesome but the sun is getting too strong for me.

What a beautiful day

CT made this list

These totals are definitely believable.

I stayed overnight in Back Bay (Boston) and drove from there to W. Hartford mid-morning (10:30 - noon time frame). It was still snowing heavily when I left although not sticking to the roads. Trees were all fairly laden with wet snow, until I crossed into CT on I-84. Somewhere past Exit 70 it looked like it had barely snowed. But eastern MA and the quiet corner definitely got significant snow.

I love this warmth hoping for a good mix of rain this summer and some intense heat, but dry heat. Love the heat not he humidity. Be interesting this summer.

Looks like the Central Park Conservency has the same problems with measuring light snowfalls that the Central Park Zoo (who was relieved of this duty this year) did. They were the only location in the tristate area to show just a trace (though most stations west of CT and west of LI were under an inch to be fair), and when the NWS at OKX posted the totals they showed it as a T. But for the daily 4:30pm climate reports they "revised" it so that it was 0.5", similar to JFK and LGA (EWR was "only" 0.2", but they are further west where it snowed even less).

Albany, NY didn't get any yet again and still at 10.2" for the season, which would be their all time least snowiest winter if nothing falls in April (but snow then, even in May is not impossible there).

Hopefully Cambium will get used to the heat soon, because he already promised me that he'd join me for a 2 week trip to the Bahamas this year............in JULY!

Ahhhhhh! JK!

Can you imagine that though

lol. I don't think you want me with you on a hot island. Don't get me wrong...I've visited and vacationed in Aruba, Hawaii, Florida and Bermuda, but not Alaska, Greenland, Canada or Iceland. Go figure. Soon.

But I don't mind exploring and relaxing for 3-7 days on those islands. Aruba was my favorite. Constant winds but holy cow. 40-50SPF was the minimum to not get burned by the sun.

I vowed and promised myself never to visit Florida though. Truly disgusting.. even in February when I want and need winter.

I feel bad for Albany. Wow. And to think the Euro once had them in the 8-12" range. Gees. They still got a couple weeks to add a little more to that.
