Makes sense. I'd blame the unhappiness some experience during the colder months on there being less sunlight, typically.

Right! Even when it was so warm last month, the days were deceiving as it got dark so early. I've never experienced that before! (For so long)

Hartford only has 1", Normal is 12.1" by now
Bridgeport only 0.7", Normal is 7.8"


NYC doesnt even have 1/2", normal is 6.1 by now.


Erie, PA has 12.1", Normal is 43.5".

Mansfield, OH only has 0.3", normal is 16.2"

Beckley WV only has 0.7", normal is 19.5"

The shockers on that list are Buffalo / Rochester / Syracuse. Wow, if that doesn't tell the story of lack of cold air intrusion so far this winter!

Speaking of such, how about the highs near 4 F for the playoff game in Minnesota this weekend? Will be quite the contrast to 50s here.

Goes to show the vast majority of snow in this area falls in January and February. Only 7 inches on average in Bridgeport to now? LOL..we act like we are so far behind..thats one storm. December rarely gives us much snow lets face it.

And yes Camb..I know we disagree on this.
