I'm curious, why do you think its a garage, and what are you insinuating its for?

I was able to just google the name on the building and added location, norwalk to find out what was going on:

I remember my parents talking about that when I was kid. Scared me around pools!

Saw some great stuff at this theater. Though I admit I haven’t been in years.

I thought the Walk bridge was supposed to be further along by now though. It says construction until 2029.

The Walk Bridge is quite massive. I believe it’s a $1 billion project when all is said and done. Right now they are doing pre construction road and utility work to prepare for the bridge’s construction. What will be nice is that they are raising the bridge over the river so the state won’t have to open the bridge anywhere near as often as they do now. Jay

Yeah, huge project. I just thought it was supposed to be under way a long time ago. I guess not.

Norwalk is considering revising its zoning laws. I’m not sure it will be well received. Will see. Jay

Norwalk is receiving a total of $9.8 million from the state for two major projects. It’s getting $8 million to help with a massive development of the expansive 5 acre parking lot at 55 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive in the heart of South Norwalk. The project will add 472 units, 40,000 square feet of commercial space, a promenade and a park to the site along with public and commuter parking.

The second $1.8 million grant will be used to build 69 units of affordable housing and a 5,000 square foot learning center to Oak Grove. Jay

An update on Wegman’s. Looks like it will be a couple years before opening. Jay
