Weston, Westport, Fairfield, Wilton or Easton???
These towns all sound beautiful - if you had to narrow it down to one, which one would you choose to relocate to? Any to be avoided?
I like Wilton a lot, but then again I'm biased since I live there. Westport is nice, but a little more expensive and a little too busy for my taste. Fairfield and Easton are nice as well, but are further out from NYC. I like Weston, but there is really no commercial development in town to speak of, so shopping requires a trip into Westport, Wilton or Norwalk. You really can't go wrong with any of those towns you listed.
All of those are nice towns, it all depends what kind of feel you want in a town. Fairfield and Westport have more shopping and developed town centers, Weston is more of a sleepy town...If you are considering a move to any of these towns you should drive through them and check them out. I am sure some will speak to you more than others. You really can't go wrong with any of those towns.
Thanks all for your input. I've only had the opportunity to drive through these towns once or twice and liked them all - it's very difficult to make a choice without knowing much about the towns and when they all seem so nice.

i would definetly choose WESTON because it is a nice, quiet very little town!!!!!! The schooling is great and the house are most certanly beautiful!
I would choose Weston or Easton, because they are the most rural. They are all great towns though, it just comes down to whether you want to be close to shopping or be further away from it.
How far are you willing to drive for a quart of milk? How much gas are you willing to spend for that quart, unless your driving a hybrid? Are you worried about kids playing in quiet neighborhoods on bigger lots, or having lots of activities? It is really all in your preferences.
Don't forget those quiet rural towns with LITTLE OR NO commercial activity pull all their revenue from property taxes. At least in Wilton and Westport the businesses provide some of the grand list.
