Slow but steady wins the race. Consistent, effective effort leads to success. This is the moral of one of Aesop's fables, “The Tortoise and the Hare.”

I always say on here "Education, Education, Education" is the key.
When it comes to Covid-19 "Science, Science, Science" is the key.
I agree. We can’t get too complacent when it comes to this. The results could be devastating. Jay

Hooters tend to close because their "gimmick" went away about thirty years ago and the food at any I have ever been that is a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. Its bad for bar food. Fact is there are to many other places to go with better food like a Buffalo Wild Wings.

Even if you stick it near New Haven, who is going? Again, better bars and food in New Haven to want to go there.

Agree. Food was terrible. If you want wings, Archie’s, BWW, Dew Drop, and a bunch of other local places have way better ones, and better bar food.

Here is a link I came across about CT’s mini housing boom. Unfortunately I don’t subscribe to the WSJ, so can’t read the full article. If anyone subscribes, maybe they can copy and paste the full article?
