The Dow took 2 decades after 29 to catch up, 2 yrs after 87 (quick)
8 years after dot.com crash 2000 and 6 years after 2008.

The dot com and sub prime mortgage crashes were foreseen by many as "too good to be true" financial scenarios. They were right. Those crashes should have happened.
This though is an extenuating circumstance that should never have happened. If China guy has fruit for breakfast instead of fruit bat, then we're probably looking at a Dow 30K+ right about now.

Buy, buy, buy
Dow 30K+ and NAS 10K by November 3. Count on it. Everyone knows it. You don't have to be Nostrodamas to see this coming from a mile away.
Its mission critical number one priority right know in the Oval office.

They are. US business confidence, per covid, was sky high. record earnings do that.

Our 2020 corp forecast. despite covid, while below budget, will be our best ever. 4 straight years now, 2017-2020 each better than any year before.

Bob,
Happy that your future is looking good.
But obviously with unemployment where it's at it's a different story for many.

Retail is tragic, but that's the Amazon affect. CT's poor faring, pre covid, is the Lamont/Malloy affect.

Industrials, as a sector, had highest bus confidence level ever early 2020.
