IMO it's only a matter of time before they try to compete with Target/Walmart in a brick and mortar with local 1-2 hour delivery like they did with Whole Foods. I could see them buying an existing big box retailer.

Amazon doesn't care about the "current fear"–people will be over this in a year and they're thinking long term.
There’s one in the SoNo Collection in Norwalk. I haven’t been there yet but maybe someone here has and can comment on it. Jay

I had a feeling that was coming. All this bailout money wasted but I have a feeling it will.be longer than a month. I won't be surprised if its canceled until 2021

I expect far more cuts, all around the nation, by this industry which is in financial crisis stage.

This isn't shaking the foundations of City Data to its core. Everyone knows the Airline industry is hurting now.
They though, will bounce back, and with a vengeance. I go back and forth out west frequently. I can't remember the last time I flew and it wasn't a packed flight. That will resume once vaccines and some distance of time put a lid on things.

I doubt they will, but I anticipate a much shrunken industry coming back mildly by 2022.

Tele-conferencing will gain momentum. Corp revenue stinks, so its also cost cutting at work.

I have to agree. Even if they find a vaccine by the end of the year, it will take a good year or the better part of it to recover and things to return to normal. Will see. Jay

The stock market was going to take years to recover. Remember that little nugget?

The stock market is responding to the high performing mega-corporations. The rest of the economy is in the tank.
