I have switched to ice at 11:45pm. 4" of snow has melted to .40" liquid which means 10:1 ratios.

I couldn't find your post saying that Bridgeport only needed about 1 or 2 inches to have it's 2nd snowiest winter on record, but I'm sure that happened given that even Central Park had 3" at midnight (they didn't have a total for BDR yet).

I doubt (but who knows?) if they'll hit #1 (which is 1995-96) as I think they would need another 10" or so.

Upton raised their totals after 2am. Might as well call these graphics "snow totals" and not "snow total forecast" since they wait for reports to come in to "always" adjust higher.

Biggest bust area will be Vermont. 8-12" might end up being 1-4"

Coastal low moving up, moisture coming down and cold air trying to race into it. Some areas have change back to snow like New Hartford here.

And Avon, CT too. Lots of reports of heavy snow falling again,

In Danbury today, same deal here, started out as rain. Not sticking (so far) though.
