You should put your general location in your info at top right so I remember where you are. Tuesday morning classes and work most likely will be delayed north of I-84 West to East.. I can almost guarantee a delay/closing in northern tier of CT

Here's a map to understand the lines sometimes that get mentioned. Most common are I-84. I-90. I-87 and I-80 line.

I would actually lift the I-84 line north just a bit on the east side of CT

I think you're on the southern most border of "interior southern" CT. So Lean towards the 3 more but who knows. You might end up with 5. Key thing is the changeover. When and to what.

4am to ice?

6am to rain?

3am to sleet?

9am to rain?

Too complex to give all specifics.

Euro does slow the warming of lower levels down which means prolonged snow.

Some areas (coast and NYC) could get 2 inches but wake up to nothing and rain and think it didnt accumulate. lol

Thanks (as always), Cam. I am in the 4-6" area but last time we had 4" predicted I ended up snowblowing 15" off of my driveway. I think I will use the wait and see approach this time around!
