Not to interupt all your SEC hatin', but how does that reality check feel right about now, Notre Dame? Keep on scheduling non-SEC schools every year and you'll be fine.

And while I hope the SEC wins the NC for years to come, I'd kinda like to see Stanford in the big one. Why all this Oregon/Ohio St. loving when Stanford could (and did in Oregon's case) beat em both? Why no respect for The Cardinal?

Funny how it was mentioned about Ohio St., "their schedule isn't too difficult next year." Uh, you do know they're in the B1G, right? Of course it isn't going to be difficult. And I guess Texas A&M isn't going to get any respect either. I'd rather enjoy an A&M/Stanford NC match-up.

Anyhow, Roll Tide!!! I'm gonna miss college football after this game.

ND is good, but they don't belong in the national championship. If that makes me a hater, I'll be that.

I would've much rather watched the high-powered Oregon offense play 'Bama.....
No. They're not. I'm trying my best to not be an SEC homer, but the following SEC teams would have beaten Notre Dame:

Alabama
Georgia
TAMU
Florida
South Carolina
Vanderbilt
LSU
Miss State
Ole Miss

Texas A&M isn't going to get any respect next year? I am going to bet they're a top 10 ranked school in the preseason rankings. With a good potential to be a top 5 preseason team.

I think Lou Holtz is still thinking that Notre Dame is going to pull it out.

ND would have no chance vs Bama/UGA/TAMU. They'd likely lose to USC and UF but both teams have failed to show up a couple games this year. Over an entire year in SEC they'd be 6th at best.

Who knew the Rose Bowl would turn out to be the most competitive BCS bowl game this season?

I mean in this thread. Nobody here is mentioning Texas A&M when they stand a good shot next year.
