Once the property around the 10th street bridge is developed, totally changes the perception when you arrive in town from Raleigh. Driving over Dickinson Ave and being able to see that view, really a game changer for visitors and people coming into the city. Gives you a whole different perception of Greenville
Interesting - figured Stam would be bringing some sort of municipal/local government argument. Not about whether the red light cameras are good or bad, but whether they're permitted given that local municipalities are held to Dillon rule. Don't think it'll fly long-term--does anyone know whether the GA has passed legislation on this?
