^THIS^

Jack Brown’s is not struggling by ANY means. If anything, they are crushing it! It’s one of my most frequently visited spots in town. Great food and a fun atmosphere.

Again, I’m bias. Angus will always be number one for me.

I went to Jack Brown's and the food was AWESOME. It was probably the best burger I have ever had. Atmosphere was also really cool. Loved the décor and the music. I travel a lot and it felt like a place I would stumble upon in a big city. I didn't feel like I was in Greenville when I was there.

I would agree that I thought Jack Brown’s was really good once I found it. I think they’ll do just fine once the apartments open drwn the road on Dickinson. My only complaint outside of the price was parking in the area is terrible. The city really needs to look into a parking deck for the future of the area.

Rail lines up for sale - Daily Reflector

I assume this means the N/S track will still be used. But interesting to see what comes of this.

Would love to see Amtrak purchase the lines here. Could make traveling a lot easier and give a decent alternative to the expensive airport.

Slim to none. There is no destination on that track worth it to Amtrak. The Wilson to Greenville could have a little potential, but isn't apart of this sale.

Wonder if a weekend route with the Piedmont train would ever work. Run once on Friday and once on Sunday. From the normal Piedmont route (Charlotte - Raleigh), plus a stop in Wilson & Greenville.
