Would rather see the money go into a top-notch bridge across the railroad tracks.

Is this bridge a vital part of a bikeway to keep bikers away from pedestrians around the Rock Hall??? Isn't there a cheaper protected bike path solution perhaps with perhaps a limited must walk zone for bikers, where the path would cross pedestrian walkways?

Now that there is federal and state funding, it likely will be built as a novel plaything if nothing else.
Yeah, the drawbridge is really not needed nor can I see myself using it.

My dream is closing Burke and linking Edgewater with the D i k e 14 Nature Preserve with a continuous lakefront parkway. Lot of things have to be purchased and/or moved to make it reality but the pieces are ever so slowly falling into place.

Default Positive image of Cleveland by its welcome back to LeBron

A Happy Homecoming for the Northeast Ohio sports legend, who delivered Cleveland its first NBA title, reflects well on Cavaliers fans.

LeBron James, Los Angeles Lakers, standing ovation in return at Cleveland Cavaliers

It also appeared that LeBron took it easy on the Cavaliers in the second half, until about the last 4 minutes of the game when he visibly upped his play in order to secure a win for the Lakers, still in the hunt for a play-off slot.

City Club Apartments exiting St. Louis market

City Club Apartments, the owner of Central West End City Club Apartments in St. Louis, has sold the community and will be exiting St. Louis to begin development in Cleveland and other Midwest and East Coast markets. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“We appreciate and respect the city of St. Louis and its leadership, but have made the decision to focus the growth of our portfolio on other Midwest and East Coast markets,” said Jonathan Holtzman, chief executive officer of City Club Apartments. “We have a responsibility to our investors, lenders and partners to perform at the highest level and we are reallocating our financial and human capital to several accelerating markets including Cleveland.”
