Missionhome, CBS, NBC and ABC are all NYC companies. This means Disney too. All headquartered in NYC. Final decisionmaking is primarily made in NYC.

Now you are correct that tons of shows are in LA, as LA is obviously Hollywood and is a global entertainment center of the first rank (arguably the world's leading entertainment center).

Disney is most definitly not New York. It's LA whith it's HQ in Burbank. Walt Disney owns ABC and ABC family so basically it's LA. Programming officies for ABC are in LA. Look it up.

From wikipedia:

Corporate headquarters are in the Upper West Side of Manhattan in New York City,[1] while programming offices are in Burbank, California adjacent to the Walt Disney Studios and the Walt Disney Company corporate head.

American Broadcasting Company - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

[Dinsney Channel] and the [Walt Disney Company] are located in Burbank a suburb in LA.

ABC Cable Networks Group, a division of The Walt Disney Company. The network is based in Burbank, California, U.S.A, and also runs a website called DisneyChannel
Headquarters: Burbank, California

ABC Family: Is another channel based out of LA.

Disney is ABC, which is HQ in NYC. So, yes, it's definitely NYC.

Now if you are talking about the Disney entity, it's HQ in Burbank, CA, with large operations in Midtown Manhattan and suburban Orlando.

And Disney's top employment market actually isn't LA. It's Orlando.

But you are correct that Disney's most important non-park related operations are in Southern California. The Burbank offices are definitely the most important, and serve as Disney central.

definitely New York. A fact that many people do not realize is that far more movies and tv shows are filmed in New York than in LA every year. LA may have Hollywood, but think of all the shows/movies you have seen that are based in New York...its MASSIVE! The New York film/television industry is actually larger than that of los angeles. Plus then we have to get into the music and theater. Of course, New York far outways both LA and Chicago because of Broadway in theater and, honestly, New York's music industry is much better. Ever heard of Julliard? Or Manhattan School of Music? Or the New York Philharmonic? Plus New York has served as a MAJOR regional, national, and even a global headquarters for NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, and plenty more...Chicago is a great city but since you're arguing entertainment it's out of the question.

Are you KIDDING ME???? New York is global headquarters for ALL THREE OF THE NETWORKS YOU MENTIONED. Wow, you really did not research this at all....I can tell you right now that there are at least 20 times as many shows/movies filmed or based in new york, but im not going to waste my time forming a list....just look it up yourself
