Are NewYork, D.C., and Miami the only cities with current subway heavy rail expansions? (better, life)

I know D.C., NYC, and Miami have massive expansions going on for their heavy rail subway systems. D.C. is building the silver line which will be a 23 mile long expansion into Tyson's Corner and onto Dulles International Airport. Miami has an expansion to their airport and some others also. NYC has the second ave. subway in Manhattan and a few others. What other cities around the country have expansions going on?

There are proposals to expand Chicago's "EL" further into the Southside.

Also BART I believe is also expanding into San Jose and Warm Springs.

Not sure if your talking about extending the Orange Line to Ford city or Extending the Red Line past 95th/Dan Ryan, but either way, neither are going to happen in our lifetime

In Philly there are plans to expand the broad street line and a new line extension is being added to PATCO to serve Jersey better
