Nice to see so much love for Superdawg!

For me, no other hot dog has ever come close to the greatness that is Superdawg.

Never had a dog out there... but man I love the bratburgers they serve. Bratwurst patties may well be the greatest culinary innovation since God said "Let There Be Gyro Meat." Oh, and I love having Pete glare at you while you sort through the 8,000-item menu as if to say, "order already, g#dd&mmit!"

Susie's versus Pete's.... that would be the ultimate City versus Outlying-Area Greasy-Spoon/Hot-Dog-Stand Showdown..... man, as much as I love Pete's, I think Susie's may win on the strength of its fries alone....

LOL

You should see Pete on the nights when there are races at the Sycamore Speedway, when the line is out the door.

Where is Susie's?

Susie's is on Montrose Avenue about 1/4 block west of Elston and about 1/4 mile east of the Kennedy. And believe it or not, they have a couple of staffers that can out-glare Pete.
