I heard this morning on WBTV the neighbor said the gun was an AK47
what arent those banned or is because it teens in the upper income area

The 'AK47' was more than likely a Chinese knock off and semi-automatic only.
Those are available everywhere and for very cheap, not illegal.

I believe I am getting this incident mixed up with one last Friday, where a teen got shot.
I had missed this incident.
Does anyone have another link? I will look, but I am wondering if the kids who were the aggressors live in S. Charlotte or someplace else. I would like to know that. If these kids live in S. Charlotte, then it is possible they all go to school together - so I can't help but wonder if they KNOW each other.

Then it isn't an AK-47 then.
It is something else but the press doesn't care about truth or accuracy.
Why in the world would you get out of car to approach someone that has a gun?
