Yep. My dad is Italian born and raised, and made AWESOME pizza (at home) when we lived in NY.
But ever since relocating, he simply CANNOT get the dough to come out "right" -- it's edible, for sure, even tasty/good, it's just NOT the same. He swears it's the water.
