I meant fresh... as in just cut. Boar's head is always cooked. It simply isn't right to only pick out of ham, turkey, or bologna vs. actually getting the sub you want (salsalito turkey, everoast chicken, etc).

I suppose that fresh meat is meat that hasn't been previously frozen like with fish. But, we know that that doesn't always mean that it isn't near the "going off" stage. I guess fresh meat is meat that is consumed that transits the mouth only once.

Publix website now shows 10/24 as the opening date for the Indian Land store. Nothing listed yet for Fort Mill.

I shopped Publix in davie Fl pretty exclusively for 8 years, I had no choice since they monopolized the area. they were OK. there was nothing special about them.

I expect they'll be on par with HT/Food Lion/buy low with there prices, there really isn't that much of a difference in prices at these stores.

well i dont go there often but when i do, yes there prices are in line with what HT charges, they just don't have a reputation of a hi price grocer
