Frank Wucinski and his 3-year-old daughter, Annabel, are among the dozens of Americans that the government has flown back to the country from Wuhan, China, and put under quarantine to check for signs of coronavirus.
Now they are among what could become a growing number of families hit with surprise medical bills related to government-mandated actions.

Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to that. Maybe there is a law stating that the federal government has the right to quarantine in an emergency, but it doesn't really say who foots the bill?

You may very well be right but I am not sure about that. Look how many have been possible cases throughout the country that have turned not to be coronavirus. Time will tell and let's hope it doesn't hit Ca or anywhere hard. We all are aware there will be more cases before the virus peaks and starts to disappear. I heard another doctor talk about this last night.

What are you talking about? It's already in California

I would never say you need to read more clearly, but I will ask: where in the heck did you see I said it was not in CA Go back and re-read what I said. I simply said let's hope it doesn't hit hard. That is a bit different than saying it hasn't hit.

Let’s hope this is true and the Israelis are close to a vaccine and it won’t be too late.

Yes but plus 90 days to conduct trial and hopefully it will be effective. So base case scenario we are looking at around 6 months. Worse case scenario is 12-15 months. Many people will have gotten sick and over it way before that 6 months period and will have natural immunity to it. Also we are assuming that this virus will not mutate. Otherwise it will become another yearly flu.

Hence, me saying too late and the article saying fast track. Safety in 90 days and then needing to prove efficacy. It’s takes about a year in the US to go through approvals, and if Israel fast-tracks it, maybe it will be 6 months, maybe longer, maybe sooner. I take it you know the ins and outs of the Israel MIH’s approval process?

I have relatives in that industry in Israel and I have asked them about how long it takes
