I am not changing my statement. There is no way you can go one consistent speed on normal roads all the time. I never said that I maintain a constant speed all the time, that is just some assumption you made. When racing there are areas where I drive fast and other areas where I must slow down, often in preparation of certain road conditions.
I imagine if I were your passenger I might be a few MPH off, I cant guess exact speed, but I would be very close. I thought everyone could do this? Are you trying to tell me people cant gauge their speed?
If you can go 100+ through a turn designed to be driven at 25 mph, as you stated, then according this statement you wouldn't need to be slowing down too often would you? So, yes you are changing your statement.

Many, many people cannot perform the simple task of gauging their speed. Have you ever passed someone while you were driving a few mph over the limit and next thing you realize they are pacing you door to door only for them to suddenly slown down? That was someone who thought they were driving too slow because you passed them, upon actually looking at their speedo they realized they are now driving too fast.

No, im not you made some assumption. There are turns that are 25mph I can do going 100, but I never said I could do this for every turn. it depends on the turn....

Yes, we race to entertain people. If people were not entertained by our driving ability than it wouldnt be a sport. Just a hobby we did for fun. I hope you like racing other than NASCAR, because it is beneath me. I plan to put the US back on the map when it comes to REAL racing.
