my wife and I like to go hiking the trails at Little River Canyon / Menatone, Alabama. My favorite time of the year is the fall

Why certainly......if ever you are in Mentone, Alabama, .....that's right near Desoto Park, there are plenty of hiking trails and with all the walking, you will work up an appetite , check out the WildFlower Café.....great place to eat after having spent hours on the trails.

I would suggest Lake Guntersville if you are looking for more of a tranquil spot. It is not very far from the Tennessee state and makes up for one of the most exotic sunset points.

Noccalula Falls in Gadsden in beautiful, especially during Christmas time whenever the city decorates it for the holidays!


The waterfront in Southside, AL is pretty awesome too!

Lookout Mountain in Northern Alabama is a must-see as well!
