Observation: Observed the make line refrigerator and the 1 door refrigerator did not have a thermometer in them to monitor the temperature.
Correction: Provide a thermometer for each refrigerator.

Observation: Observed torn gaskets on each of the doors on the make line and the 1 door refrigerator, and a light out over the oven.
Correction: Have gaskets replaced.
