    Observation: Food stored in a location where it is subject to splash, dust or other contamination. Store single service dry snaks in zip lock or snap lid containers to prevent contamination from pests.
    Correction: Store food where it is not exposed to splash or install an approved durable, and cleanable barrier between the splash source and the food to prevent contamination.
  • Warewashing - Manual Warewashing Equipment, Heaters and Baskets
    Observation: There is no drain grate/stoppers provided at the the 3-vat sink.
    Correction: Provide or replace the drain grate/stoppers so equipment and utensils can be completely immersed in the 3-compartments of sink.
  • Non-Food Contact Surfaces
    Observation: The nonfood contact surface of the shelving in front service area has accumulations of grime and debris--older mice droppings--clean and treat for mice if necessary.
    Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.
