Observation: Observed the top of the refrigerator in need of cleaning and the utensil holder in need of cleaning.
Correction: Clean the surface at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil residues that become encrusted or attract insects and rodents.

Observation: Observed the light shield in the dry storage area missing a light cover.
Correction: Provide a light cover/shield for the light in the dry storage room.

Observation: Observed the floor in the kitchen and dry storage in need of cleaning (Get behind ovens and refrigerators). Also observed dust accumulation on the fire suppression system and in the corners on both sides of the vent hood.
Correction: Clean the floors, ceilings, and walls regularly to prevent accumulation of dust, grease, and debris.
