Complaint regarding service of expired milk. Complainant says their child became ill after consuming "month old" milk. The manager was aware of the complaint and stated that the milk had an expiration date of 5/27/14 (the same day it was served). He stated that when he became aware of the situation, he checked all of the milk and none were expired. I conducted a risk factor inspection (see file). No milk was found beyond expire date. Milk boxes in cafeterias Q and D were holding at marginal temperatures (43/44F). Recommend repairing or replacing units to maintain milk at <41F.
