The walk-in cooler was in the process of being repaired. The unit was freezing up and therefore not holding temperature properly. Milk product was pulled (and any temperature sensitive food) and will be discarded because of temperature. Management had already set this product aside so it would not be sold. - Fill gaps around electrical conduit to prevent pests from entering the building. - Empty the ice machine and clean and sanitize the bin one last time now that several cycles of ice have been dispensed. - Re-install the soap dispenser in the Men's rest-room. - Verify temperature in the walk-in once the newly stock product drops to proper temperature. Verify temperature before any potentially hazardous food is stored in it. - Add a thermometer in the True/Coke glass door refrigerator and verify proper operating temperature before adding potentially hazardous food to be stored (milk and certain juice products). - Green mobile ice bin and scoop needs to be clean and sanitized. - A final clean needed throughout once all construction is complete.
