- Monitor the Beverage Air table refrigerator unit under the freezer cabinet. Food observed at 42-43 degrees. Should hold at 41 or lower.
- Mentioned using a wax pencil to mark times on pans at the make station for time control. The company chart provided is difficult to use.
-Repair the ceiling in the hall outside the walk-in.
- Please do not store bread or other food products in the break room with employee belongings.
  • Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
    Observation: The Cabinet Freezer was observed in a state of disrepair. (Not holding proper temperature)
    Correction: Repair the freezer to restore a state of condition that allows for proper operation, accuracy, functioning, maintenance, and cleanability per Part IV, Article 1 and 2 of this chapter.

We arrived at this location at 930pm on June 14 2014 to get 2 large sweet teas. When we went to the door the door was locked. We walked around to the side door which also was locked. There was a family of 4 also trying to get in. A young man who was working came over to the door and told us 'the front line is closed. There are only two people working and it is crazy". He suggested we go through the drive thru. The family of four left. We drove around to the drive thru to get the teas. this location is in a very busy area. why would the front line close and only have two employees on a saturday night at this location? this is poor customer service
