Observation: Observed cooked black beans dated 3/22, cooked potatoes dated 3/15,cooked onions dated 3/24 and sliced turkey dated 3/19 in the prep and walk-in cooler.
Correction: Discarded by management. Any cooked vegetable or sliced meat must be discarded 7 days after cooking or slicing. The first day is the day that the product is cooked or sliced which give an additional 6 days.
