congrats on the relocation. eventually we'll all be leaving nyc unless you are very well off financially.

as for missing nyc, i think it's the old nyc that you grew up in that you miss. not this version.

port jervis and matamoras are no where i would choose to live . they are very very boring with really nothing there to do at all

parts there can be flood prone too …there are much nicer areas but they areas of the poconos farther from the border.

Let's stick with the Coop stories where you made a killing. That's a happy story.
if the same questions and topics weren’t repetitive and new posters used the search feature there would be no need for the same repetitive answers ..

but it’s the same questions or misinformation spewed over and over and over

I used to drive from NYC just to cruise up 97 along the river to Hancock. I’d love to have a house close to the ricer. Great cruising roads in that area too.

Next time, how about replying with a brief post “please see my original post dated Oct 2006…” with a link to your overly repetitive answer… hopefully this will save you lots of time/typing and others the UGE headache
/nausea from viewing the same post over and again…

Follow up:

Herbs ,vegetables,flowers ready for gardening.
Keeping them indoors until morning frost clears.

I did bring shoots of black berry and figs as well.
Will see if they make it.

Noticed Lantern bug eggs.
Looks like a splash of
compound/plaster on trees.
Scrape it off.

Mower ready to go.

Voted this morning as well.
Got my " I voted " sticker.
Woo Hoo!
