Publix updates anyone? (Florence, Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach: 2015, tenants, construction)

Just wondering if anybody has seen information about the Publix development. I have been trying to keep up and haven't seen any new information in a while...beyond concerns over signage.
Is there any scuttlebutt on who other tenants might be?

Publix announced on 3 October 2013 it would be opening stores in North Myrtle Beach and Pawleys Island.

The North Myrtle Beach store will be at Coastal North Town Center, located at United States 17 and Moss Place. The 49,000 square feet store will open later this year.

The Pawleys Island store will be at Pawleys Island Plaza, 12205 Ocean Highway, Pawleys Island, SC 29585-6507. The 45,000 square feet store will open in early 2015.

So..... If anyone knows, what is going to go where SBB was in Murrells Inlet? Wasn't that going to be a Publix?

I wonder if Publix has additional locations in mind along the coast in Georgetown and Horry counties and in Florence.

I heard recently that Publix had considered putting in at the old SBB site, but the ground is so polluted that no food can be sold or prepared on the site.
I also noticed that there is finally some visible construction at the new site in Pawleys.

I drive past the old SBB on a daily basis, and I'm not sure sure what's worse....the old warehouse that once stood there, or the empty lot littered with broken glass & debris.

Publix should be hiring very soon for the Coastal North Town Center store in North Myrtle Beach. It is currently seeking a Pharmacy Manager.

Publix #1479, locating at Coastal North Town Center, 1576 Highway 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29582-2206, will open Wedneday, 19 November 2014. The 49,084 square feet store, including a pharmacy, is currently listed on Publix's new store openings.

There is also a Dicks, TJ Maxx, several restaurants.....some sort of pet store....looks to be about 1/2 way done.
